When We Are Closed
If you need urgent medical attention when the surgery is closed you should dial 111.
This will connect you to the NHS 111 service free of charge which is provided by a local organisation: Derbyshire Health United. You will be assessed and directed to the most appropriate point of care for you particular needs.
You can also dial 111 if you require health information.
If you require an appointment at the surgery please contact us during normal opening hours.
Other Sources of Help
Many conditions can be successfully treated at home, and your pharmacist may be able to offer advice about medication you can buy over the counter.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
